Raw Hair is less silky and much more course compared to Virgin Hair. The pros and cons of Raw Hair is that no two bundles are the same but this also gives us that very natural appearance just like our real hair. Raw Hair has not been chemically processed which is why it requires way more maintenance & care than our virgin hair.
Our Virgin Hair is very silky & has a natural shine to it. Patterns have to be steamed and processed to give it new textures (curly, deep wave, etc. It can also lift to 613 if colored correctly).PProcessing time is 1-3 business days that excludes holidays, and weekends. Once order has been processed,
package will be shipped via USPS priority shipping which generally takes 3 days for customers to receive unless
express shipping is chosen.
Express Shipping Policy
Orders must be placed by 12pm Central Time to be processed the same day. Express shipping is overnight and
customers can expect to receive package in 1-2 days after order has been processed.
To insure quick delivery all orders are processed daily, so orders cannot be altered or changed once your order has been completed and processed.
Yes unopened hair, without any alterations done can be returned hair label must not be broken. Customers must email info@themanehairikane.com with any concerns about the order received and arrange return. All returns and return to shipper shipments will incur a flat restock fee of $35.
